  1. My French skills are limited to ordering a cappuccino in a cafe, but I’m very happy I don’t need to know all the words to understand your art. Your works are simply beautiful, I especially love the woman’s expression in this one. You have captured feeling very well. I also like your most recent studies on the frog, the colours are dazzling!

    1. Ordering a cappuccino in a café is the key to survival…every other french words, except those for love, are obsoletes :p
Anyway I don’t say much about what I paint, because nearly everything I’m doing these days are studies. So you’re not missing much, maybe just lame jokes.
I was really happy, this morning, reading your constructive (but maybe too nice) comments. Thanks a lot !
Keep up the good work, the good english words, it’s inspiring, and forgive my poor english 🙂

      1. Oh but lame jokes are essential to survival too, I believe they are far too unappreciated in this world. Or maybe I just wanna keep telling myself that as I excell at those jokes, you know the ones that are so bad they’re almost good. 😀
And thanks a lot, you made me smile. But your English is good too! I can only fool people with mine because I’ve lived in England for two years. Maybe I should try the same tactic with my French too. Your language is beautiful but why oh why is it full of rules and then all these irregular exceptions to those rules? I wish I knew how to speak it!
I paint myself and draw but the texture in your works is so alive and fascinating! I could look at them all day, in all seriousness! : ) Keep it up!
